My stay at the hotel was truly spectacular. The lakeside view room I was upgraded to had breathtaking views, and the overall standard was exceptional. The service was top-notch, from the attentive and always smiling staff to the fantastic service provided by Mrs Samadhi, Vinoli, Ilangakoon, Manager Susantha, and the entire team. The location was perfect, close to town with an amazing lake view. The dining experience, especially during the New Year, was excellent with a variety of options, including vegetarian and Japanese food. The facilities were modern and well-equipped, offering a luxurious experience.
